Since the 18th CPC National Congress, China has attached great importance to sci-tech innovation, and has introduced measures to promote the commercialization of sci-tech research findings countrywide.
China aims to keep the number of students at technical schools above 3.6 million and to train more than two million highly skilled personnel during the 2021-2025 period, according to a five-year plan issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

The solution aims to jointly address global climate challenges by building a global early warning service network covering multiple hazards, and share China's experience and technological achievements with the world, particularly with other developing countries.
